Led formative and evaluative ux research for Viacom Play Plex: a disruptive large scale mobile first, cross brand product.

Update: After only 40 days since its official launch, I am proud to share that we have reached over 1 million unique users and 10 million video views.

Play Plex is an SVOD app that showcases Viacom’s International and Domestic brands using a common code base designed to deliver streaming videos to compliment paid linear TV subscribers. Working with Viacom’s team across divisions, the platform incorporates internal components designed to provide more granular video reporting and data analytics to track user behavior.
