My background is in Anthropology (BAS) and Interaction Design (MPS, ITP NYU). I’m a natural empath who is endlessly curious and passionate about user research and designing humane experiences.
My empathy and passion for users and systems thinking sensibility enables me to uncover insights that inform and inspire design and innovation. I translate insights and information drawn from research into inspirational and useful foundations for developing solutions.
I am an expert in connecting internal design teams and client organizations to the human experience by identifying the sweet spots between product requirements and the human perspective. I bring the voice of the people to life.
